Annual Service and cleaning

  • Examine heat exchanger

  • Monitor starting cycle

  • Cycle furnace and check thermostat

  • Record temperature rise of unit

  • Check pressure switch

  • Test & adjust gas pressure

  • Test proper amp draw of motors

  • Exterior cleaning of equipment

  • Clean & inspect burners

  • Clean flame sensor

  • Clean condensate lines (including pump if condensing furnace)

  • Vacuum combustion chamber

  • Examine air filter and replace if necessary

  • Examine blower motor and wheel for excessive dust build-up

  • Examine combustion blower housing
